Services was established in 1982 by Sri Ram Lal Baid as proprietor and with only 2 technicians as manufacturing / servicing unit for various emergency lights inverters etc. At that time Calcutta and many parts of West Bengal was subjected to prolonged power cuts.
     Our present CEO and proprietor is Mr. Ramesh Baid-elder son of Sri R.L. Baid. He had technical training in Power Electronics from Jadavpur University. He has also been awarded Distinction in Marketing by London Chamber of Commerce and Industries. He has served Calcutta Electric Dealers Associations as treasures, secretary, and President. He has also edited CETA Times- House bulletin of The Calcutta Electric Traders Association.

We have in house facilities for
1) Transformer designing, winding, assembling and testing.
2) PCB designing, assembling and testing
3) Circuit designing of electrical / electronics installations
4) Servicing and Maintenance of power electronics devices and products.
5) Testing of of raw materials and finished products.
6) Consultation and technical support services technical matters.
