It has an electronic protection system that gets input from various sensors of speed, oil pressure, fuel level & radiator temperature. These inputs are constantly monitored & compared with their respective limiting values. The moment any one or more parameters crosses their limit, separate LED indicator glows, hooter actuates & a timer (30-60secs.) starts to stop the engine.

POWER HOUSE offers an unique device Welding Transformer Controller (WTC) introducing a new concept in electricity saving for arc welding operation. The welder keeps the transformer ‘ON’ from beginning to end of the day but actual welding process is carried out only for a fraction of total  “on” time as he also have to make arrangement for weld. POWER HOUSE welding transformer controller switches ‘OFF’ the transformer when welding is not taking place. To start the welding, the welder touches the electrode to ground level (job), which shorts the secondary of welding transformer. This is sensed by the controllers built in electronic circuitry & remains ready for switching ON the contactor to energize primary of the welding transformer. While welder continues welding, the controller senses the process & keeps the primary energized. Controller has an in-built timer that switches off the contactor if there is no welding for 30 seconds.

(6A is the average no load current that the welding transformer consumes even while the welding is not carried on).
