Service is the part of our all activities. Our services start before sale-it continues during sale and after sale.

We don't believe in just selling what ever is readily available with us. We study our client's problem and then offer the most viable solutions. If ready solutions are not viable or technically not suitable, we design special devices just to suit the particular need.

For example, one of our clients - a leading Health Care services provider- came to us for patients call monitoring system. We found there was no ready to offer device to safeguard patients for negligence of nursing staff. We designed the total system for them where by they can identify the fault instantly and ensure timely attendance to each patients call.

For many of our industrial and institutional customers, we have designed the complete system and offered our products to suit them most economically. We have designed complete electrical installation for one plastic processing unit and have been able to achieve 20 % savings in power consumption.
Our standard products carries warranty for one year against any manufacturing defects. In many cities of India, we have service stations and provide Home services on selected items.

We also undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts for Power Inverters, UPS installations and other power electronics products if installation is in or around Kolkata.

We undertake servicing/ modification of power electronics devices and instrumentations, Transformers, control devices etc.
